My sister and I were talking about making Easter baskets for our kids the other day. I wanted to find a way to make them look woven, without using hundreds to strips of cs (hundreds because I need to make 5!)! As I was cruising on line, I realized Lauren Meader offers WOVEN DIGITAL PAPER in several colors…wala! My printer immediately started warming up!
Now for the basket…take a look at THIS. It is the Bouncing Baby Buggy. I purchased this template, along with the Well Woven digital paper, and got busy making Easter baskets…a different color for each one
So, I have one done, four more to finish! Aren’t the colors AWESOME?! Notice how well they coordinate with the SU! colors I used for the ribbon, handles and scallop trim along the bottom. LoVe It! I am making one for each one of my kid’s in their favorite color (and my hubby too!). There are many more colors included in the digital paper pack. Don’t you love the woven look? Absolutely perfect for my Easter baskets!
The basket is the base of the Bouncing Baby Buggy. I cut them all out with my Cricut in about 5 minutes! Super easy and fun!!
The eggs were made using Oval Nestabilities and scalloped scissors. The scallop trim along the bottom was made using my SU! Scallop Border Punch.
