Grab Bag

3 Thoughts

Happy Friday!!  😀

I totally had an OMG moment yesterday.  I realized August is here, which means school starts in TWO WEEKS!  We are not ready.  This summer has been so laid back and fun.  We are going to make the most out of our remaining summer vacation!  😀

Our August release at MTME is the BEST eVeR!  We have 10 templates!  Today I’m showing one of my favorites, Grab Bag.

Grab Bag Lizzy Bday 2013 1 (Large)

Love, love, love this purse!  I made this darling set for our daughter.  She will be 11 next month!  All our kids were born in September, so I thought I would make each of them a gift box using one of our NEW templates!  So fun.  They LOVE IT when I make one for them 😉

Grab Bag Lizzy Bday 2013 2 (Large)

I made this pink cheetah paper by changing the colors in our Purse Patterns Digital Paper (Chic Cheetah), then printing it out.  I cut a strip of my scrap fabric, melted the edges, and threaded it through the purse to look like the oh-so-popular purse scarves.  😀

It opens up to a cute little Grab Bag.  It’s perfect for any little gift!

You can make this card using our Flag ’em Down cut file, Birthday Banner cut file, and Just for You stamp set.

Blast from the Past

1 Thought

I’m back with my Blast from the Past (year in review at MTME).  I chose an older template, Creative Card Candy, to bring to life again :-)

So pretty.  This box would be perfect to put a necklace or some chocolates in for a gift.

I love how the cover wraps around the box.  The paper used is in our Amour digi set.

I made the sentiment using Sentimentally Yours and Framed Elegance.

Yep.  I love flowers.  😉

Happy Monday 😀

It’s release day at My Time Made Easy!  I can hardly believe it’s JULY 1!!  Wow.  Today I have a set of cards with their own little gift box to show you.  I’m loving this In-dispensable template.

In-dispensible cards 1 (Large)

This box comes together so easily, and looks awesome!

In-dispensible cards 2 (Large)

Inside I have a set of 6 homemade cards.

In-dispensible cards 3 (Large)

I used MTME‘s Summer Paper digital paper for my card set.

In-dispensible cards 4 (Large)

I love this sweet bird and flower image.  It is part of our NEW stamp, Just a Little Note.

In-dispensible cards 5 (Large)

I colored the stamp in Photoshop Elements 10, saved it, then brought it in to Silhouette Studio to print/cut.  Super slick 😉

Here’s my set.  Such pretty Summer colors.

Fabulous Birthday

It’s time for our July release at My Time Made Easy!  Yay!  I used our NEW In-Dispensible template to create a birthday gift box.

I’m packaging a necklace in this box for one of my friends.  I think she’ll love it :-)

in-dispensible birthday 2 (Large)

The sentiment is in our Sentimentally Yours stamp set.

in-dispensible birthday 3 (Large)

This amazing card was made using a NEW cut file, Fanciful Flowers Card, and an older cut file, Fanciful Flowers.

in-dispensible birthday 4 (Large)

To get the hombre look, I inked cardstock to vary the shades of my layers.  After sponging, I wet the cardstock and crinkled it, let it dry, then layered the pieces to make the flower.

This sentiment is part of a NEW set, Just a Little Note.  Once printing it, I cut it out and layered it using Fabulous Frames.

White Wine & Dine

3 Thoughts

Hi :-)

Today I’m taking an old template and making it new.  It’s that white wine time of year…Spring.  What’s better than Oregon Pinot Gris?  Giving it as a gift all wrapped up in a pretty package!

wine box 1 (Large)

Remember this template?  It’s Wine & Dine.  Last time I made it into a snowman.  I wanted to give it a Spring twist for a white wine gift.  This chevron paper is found in our Spreading Spring Cheer digital paper pack.  I changed the colors a bit, which is super simple!

wine box 2 (Large)

Pretty sure I’m obsessed with flowers 😉

wine box 3 (Large)

I’m loving the dimension of nested flowers.  I curl the petals with my bone folder before stacking.

wine box 4 (Large)

I made a simple little 3×3 card that would fit in the wine box along with the wine.

wine box 5 (Large)

This is my favorite picture!  I love the ensemble.  So Springy!  I created the wine bottle tag using MTME’s Over the Top cut file and Vintage Vineyard stamp set.

Home Sweet Home

2 Thoughts

Hello 😀

It’s release day at MTME!  I have used our NEW template, Tapered Off, to create a gift set for anyone moving into or out of their home.  I’m telling you, this template is so fun to use!  Give it a try 😉

Home Tapered 1 (Large)

I have to admit, I have a hard time weeding down my pictures to show you!  I wasn’t very good at it today, so I have lots for you to see in this post.  😛
Home Tapered 3 (Large)

I’m loving this new paper.  It is part of Tiny Town.

Home Tapered 4 (Large)

I made the heart with a key hole using our Under Lock & Key cut file.

Home Tapered 5 (Large)

Every house has a key, so in our June release we have a set of keys!  You have six different keys to choose from.  Take a look at our Unlocked cut file.

Home Tapered 6 (Large)

Aren’t these flowers amazing?!  I cut them out of Tiny Town paper using the My Bee Loved cut file.  Once cut out, I ran them through a paper crimper a few times, crumpled, stacked, and glued them.

Home Tapered 7 (Large)

For my card, I took the house silhouette image from our NEW stamp set Home Sweet Home and printed/cut it with my Silhouette.

Home Tapered 8 (Large)

The heart is a cut out on the front, exposing a heart inside the card.

Home Tapered 9 (Large)

This sentiment is also part of our Home Sweet Home stamp set.

Home Tapered 10 (Large)

I had to get creative on the grass and flowers.  I LOVE digital images!  The possibilities are endless.  I took the stamp My Little Friend and worked some magic.  I cut some things out and added more grass and flowers and came up with this!  This was also printed/cut using my Silhouette.

Home Tapered 11 (Large)

Another flower…and that’s it!  Ready to fill with goodies and give away. 😀
